Roy Halladay Out Up to 2 Months

Roy Halladay will be out 6-8 weeks with a right latissimus dorsi strain.

Could a team receive a bigger punch to the gut?

Lets not act like the Phillies have been hit the worst by the injury bug. Plus when you build your team around old dudes and fat losers (and old fat losers, i.e. Ryan Howard) this is bound to happen.

Agreed from a salary perspective, but lets not ignore that the Brewers front office expected Gooby to fill the vacuum left from Fielder leaving.

                      Should of kept JA Happ.

Happ and Draybek both will win the Cy Young this year. Too bad Amaro put old ass Holliday on a pedal stool

Lets not act like I haven't called this deal terrible from day one. Phillie fans are apologetic over the Howard contract. I've been calling for Melvin's head.

Not referencing you.....we all know how much you dislike Gooby.
