Is it just me or is Terry Collins coming off as a huge bitch?

All this talk, about how he was torn over whether or not to let him stay in. How he wasn't sure if his job was worth possibly reinjuring Santana's arm. Now the Mets are considering skipping Santana's next start.

News flash 130 pitches on June 1st, isn't going to kill a pitchers arm.

      Huh?

Santana is coning off major shoulder surgery and missed over a season's worth of games. He had no expectations this year besides trying to stay healthy. He's been on a strict pitch count all year and they even used him on 6 days rest in April.

So, of course they'll look to get him an extra day or two off after throwing a career high 134 pitches.
