:arrieta: has not pitched well of late. With all of the injuries going on, the Orioles are barely treading water. I am not ready to call the "magic" over yet, but other teams have still kept ahead even with the injuries they've had.

Damn. Santana did not have his best stuff tonight and was just plain ineffective with the help of 2 extra days off. Hopefully, this is just an anomaly and he gets back to normal on regular rest.

Kuroda throwing a no hitter or perfect game into the 6th didn't help matters. Mets have to score more than 1 run in that small park this weekend.

Valverde & Benoit were unavailable. He was probably saving Dotel to close the game. He should have used Coke before the rookie and saved the rookie for last in a game that tight, or at least used him in a clean inning.

Would have been a weird extra innings game, because Reds were without Chapman & Marshall.

Yeah, and Leyland kept butchering double switches and ended up with Young in RF in the 10th. Cairo hit what should have been a double down the line, and cue the Benny Hill music as Young fumbled around the corner trying to pick up the ball, leading to a triple and a man on third with no outs.

I think we are going to hit Verlander well and get 4 or 5 runs off him or he will shut us out and have atleast 10Ks. Hopefully Arroyo has his good stuff and gives us a good start.

Verlander is unreal. I've never watched him pitch a full game but since we're facing him I get to witness it. Every fastball he threw last inning was 100 or more. Insane.

Entered today with an 0/18 skid, hell of a way to get out of it..... although he did get a single earlier in the game.

Tough loss for the Redlegs but hopefully we can show out on ESPN Sunday Night Baseball. These first 2 games against the Tigers have been hella fun to watch even though we have split the first two. Very competitive baseball games

Kyle Lohse with the April-esque performance last night. Gonna need more of that with Jaime out.

My fake team really shit the bed yesterday, I got a whopping 9 points from my entire offense. Looks like I'll be getting my 2nd loss of the season
