Lulz ... Strasburg's stuff was sick today
The king was shaken. He went up to the room over the gateway and wept.
As he went, he said: "O my son Absalom! My son, my son Absalom!
If only I had died instead of you
O Absalom, my son, my son!"

Back to back 3-run 9th innings led by Drew Stubbs. Poor Cordero.

Hanley Ramirez hit a triple and then scored on a sac fly in his first AB, then later in the game came through with a game-tying 2-out RBI. Amazing 7-pitch at bat then sent that ball right up the middle. I love it.

I'm glad King Felix broke A-Rod's wrist. Fucking love it.

Still fucking awesome, gotta love GoGo.

What was even more awesome was him striking out on the very next pitch. :carlosgomez:

I can't believe how hot the Nationals offense has been as of late. Where were all these runs earlier in the year when Jordan Zimmermann was losing games 1-0

No Morse, no Zimmerman, Espinosa couldn't hit his weight, and Davey's insistence on playing Nady/DeRosa in LF.

                      Matt Harvey pitched well. 5.1 IP, 0 ER, 3 H, 3BB, 11 K.

Will get the win if the pen holds it.

Mets now have two pitchers in the bigs from the 2010 draft...Harvey and Josh Edgin who just got 2 outs with 2 runners on.

Houston is the worst team in every professional league.

Corey Brown homers for his first big league hit!

WTF are the Padres doing? They should be trading Street not spending a ridiculous amount of money on the guy.

I think they are letting him finish out the season, and they will move him in the off-season. They will get a much better return on him with a two year deal, and they don't pay him more this season.
