Sequence of events:
1) Greinke accidentally hits Quentin with a pitch 4 years ago.
2) Quentin feels wrong by this innocent action and remains angry for four years.
3) Quentin is hit by countless other pitches
4) Greinke accidentally hits Quentin again last night
5) Quentin begins to charge the mount
6) Greinke takes off glove and says something (seems reasonable considering someone is charging him already)
7) Greinke's collarbone goes splat.

I think the blame for this is onesided. Quentin is a twat, with anger issues.
