AL League of Men *STATUS UPDATE*

Good activity so far. This league was designed to be super deep, and as you can see the FA list is very very thin. This is not a short attention span league, so I hope you guys know what you got yourselves into. We've only seen one trade (Pedro Florimon for Ryan Flaherty...lulz), but just about every team has made FA and/or waiver moves.

With that said, we have some concerns...

-Lefty (4/24), Primetime (4/21), & manchild (4/30) have no activity in May. I understand a league like this does not always require a ton of activity, and i'm not all that concerned with Lefty or manchild yet because they have great reputations from the VSN Keeper. Primetime, you are starting one player on the DL, and have not made a lineup change in several weeks, so it looks like you've been potentially drifting off. Show signs of life here or on yahoo, please. Thanks.

-I need feedback on what to do about Pelotero (sharkweather). His last activity was the draft. As you know, he drafted mostly minor leaguers, which I have no problem with. The issue, is he has a few active players on his bench, and has not bothered to make a reasonable effort to put his best possible scoring team in his starting lineup. I have attempted to PM him, asking for minimal lineup effort, to no response. He has paid his money. But he has not been an active member of the league in any way since he logged off after the draft. shark, please respond here. I'd like you to at minimum play your active players, and respond to trade offers. Otherwise, we may be forced to remove you. Suggestions from the members?

Must not say I have activity when I check in from the Yahoo app on my phone, but I check every day. I forgot Coke went on the DL, that's why I didn't make the change. His 0 points will still more than likely be more valuable than subbing in Derek Lowe.

Alright Maicer Izturis and Tyler Greene are in the lineup. My bench is now only full of inactives.

I meant to take Coco Crisp off the DL coming into this week and move Scott to first and Crush Davis to first but i guess it didn't go through.

I forgot to set my lineup last week (despite checking it all throughout the weekend) and it ended up biting me in the ass. Would have won if I subbed Gillaspie in for Youk.

I have enjoyed cycling through the Yankee scrapheap thus far. Also, my draft strategy of taking closers as opposed to 3-4-5 rotation shitbums appears to be working.

              Fun league we got here.

Coke finishes the week with 5 points. Lowe finishes with -5.

My Monday sucked. First Cobb had a terrible start and then I find out Aaron Hicks went on the DL. Couldn't happen Sunday? Stuck with 0 points from his spot the rest of the week.

Just when I pick up some momentum, stuff like that ends it.

If Swisher ends up on the DL, my mash unit:

                            1B, OF Nick Swisher
                            OF Aaron Hicks
                            SS Jose Reyes
                            P Alex Cobb

Aside from my bench stashing minor leaguers, I used up my 2 adds this week before Cobb was hit and this Swisher deal so Warner gets a squash match this upcoming week.

                              FIGHTING SPIRIT~!

If this Rangers game actually gets played tonight, W2B's two-plus point lead is in jeopardy to close out the week.
