Mussina likely isn't going in over Maddux and Glavine, but some derps are saying he may not even get the required vote to stay on the ballot.

So many deserving first year players.

Glavine, Maddux, Mussina, Thomas, and Kent should all be first ballot no-brainers. Of course, knowing how the writers are, it'll probably only be Maddux and Glavine this year, and perhaps Biggio as a holdover.

Here's my plea to Hall of Fame voters: Don't forget about Mike Mussina.This year's ballot entrusts the 500-something voters with the monumental task of examining at least 21 legitimate Hall of Fame candidates, from Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens to Fred McGriff, Jack Morris and Lee Smith.

Good read on Mussina for the HOF. Will be interesting to see if/when he gets it, if he goes in as an Oriole or Yankee.
