Red Sox re-sign Napoli

The Red Sox and first baseman Mike Napoli have agreed to a new contract, Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com has confirmed. Rob Bradford of WEEI.com first reported the deal. Terms of the deal are unknown, but he was said to be seeking three years.
