    Looking at the staff Williams has for himself, it doesn't appear they did him many favors by surrounding him with experience. Knorr is about the only one, and he has yet to manage at the MLB level.

                            Just a smidge better than Kershaw the last calendar year. Julio is 3rd when sorted by ERA but a full half run behind those guys. Insanity.

                            By the way, if you sort that column in ascending order you'll see CC Sabathia has the highest ERA among qualified starting not named Volquez.

                                Sabathia is actually tied with Volquez

                                Edwin Jackson is also over 5, money well spent by the Cubs there.

                                        We had it functioning for a while, I believe chrispy had to configure it so that the [VIDEO] tags would work once you pasted in the link. Would be nice to have back.

                                                            Can't complain about two wins in a day, I was there from first pitch at 4:05 to Wieters' walk-off home run. Great night out, minus a few showers. Productivity at work is going to be in the toilet tomorrow
