Look kid, read what you wrote. You argued that inflation drives MLB salaries. Then others laughed at your nonsense and pointed out that the huge tv deals are obviously driving the explosion in salaries. If you want to flip flop and agree, that's cool no one can possibly think any less of you at this point.
Also, if inflation is driving MLB salaries, how come they didn't go down when the consumer price index decreased in 2008 and 2009 due to the stock market crash and recession? Before the 2009 season CC Sabathia signed a record setting deal despite, the consumer price index going down at the time. Kind of throws a wrench in your argument, no?
