What prospects are you looking forward to seeing?

Which prospects are you most looking forward to seeing this year?

Seeing Profar in his first full season at a set position is first on the list for me. I also want to see how well will progress. Yordano Ventura rounds out a top three.

Pitchers are always the most interesting to me. Walker & Appel for fantasy purposes.

Obviously looking forward to watching Billy Hamilton do wacky things on the bases.

Taijuan Walker, for sure. Baez for the Cubbies.

Besides Syndergaard, I'm stoked to see Rafael Montero in the big league rotation. If his command stays consistent (155 IP, 35 BB in 2013 & 122 IP, 19 BB in 2012), sweet. Hoping they don't trade him.

Elsewhere, Bogaerts definitely. Also, Jonathan Schoop in Baltimore.

I wanna see how Dylan Bundy looks after TJ surgery, as well as Gausman and Byron Buxton if he gets called up by the Twins this year.

I love Gregory Polanco and Yordano Ventura and I don't care who knows.

Still very excited for Oscar and Profar, mostly because it feels like they've been ready for so long and they've been blocked by older guys/jerked around a bit by their clubs. I want to see them both playing everyday by June.

The SS crop is amazing right now as well. Hoping Addison Russell and Francisco Lindor can hit the ground running at some point this summer. We could see another "golden generation" like we had with Jeetz, Nomar, A-Rod and Tejada.

My Barves pick is JR Graham, who did not pitch last year due to a shoulder injury. He is still trying to make it as a starter and will begin the season in AA, but he could be in the bullpen come September and is probably more suited for that role long term.

I honestly forget about the West Coast teams now that I live on the East coast again

Same thing for me and East Coast teams. It helps being in Arizona and home of the Cactus League so get to know quite a bit of teams except the Grapefruit teams

As NAHSTE mentioned, the shortstop class between Russell, Baez, Lindor, and Crew is extremely strong and will be a joy to watch.

Oscar, Xander, Ventura, and Bradley are givens. Other names I'm pumped to see are Alex Meyer (former Hagerstown Sun with the Twins now) and Jorge Alfaro.

Welp, Profar is out 10-12 weeks now. The baseball gods have been cruel this spring.

Kevin Gausman, Dylan Bundy, Jonathan Schoop and Hunter Harvey just off the top of my head.

                            This year? Nick Castellanos.

                            In the future? Carlos Correa.

No mention of George Springer yet? He's gotta be near the top of the list of who I'm looking forward to see.

And Henry Owens from Boston for the future.
