In their three game series, the Braves and Marlins had 78 strikeouts.
The king was shaken. He went up to the room over the gateway and wept.
As he went, he said: "O my son Absalom! My son, my son Absalom!
If only I had died instead of you
O Absalom, my son, my son!"

Weird, weird outing. His curve was reminiscent of Wainwright's last night, but the Mets' patience at the plate + a lack of control starting to do him in.

Oh I'm pitching against the same club who thought something was up last time? No problem, I'll just put it on my neck this time, no one will be watching

I really wish they'd DL him a this point. Even if he isn't hurt, he's a train wreck at this point. And I think his knee is bothering him more than he wants to admit.

The official website of the Minnesota Twins with the most up-to-date information on scores, schedule, stats, tickets, and team news.

Fucking cool. Mom and Dad come to the ball game. It's Mom's birthday and she's being interviewed on TV. Chris Collabello hits a home run.

I didn't realize Jed Lowrie was such a lightning rod for criticism and deserved the honor of being thrown at in two different games by the same pitcher and team.
