    A woman who says she was raped by Cincinnati Reds pitcher Alfredo Simon in April 2013 filed a civil lawsuit in Washington D.C. Superior Court on Thursday.


    Pretty graphic. He anally raped this woman, and I believe every word of it. She went through the trouble of going through the humiliation of a rape kit (which showed force and severely damaged tissue), quit her job, and moved in with her mother. Then filed this a year later. That is not the behavior of a fake rape money chaser.

    Fuck the CBA, he needs to be released yesterday. Fuck this guy. Let's not forget he probably got away with murder in 2011. Plus he lied about his age and used an assumed name early in his career, which pales in comparison to the other crimes but still points to character.

    Call up Jeff Francis or Wang or Holmberg and get this motherfucker off the team.

      "According to the complaint and the police report the woman filed with Metro Police four days later, Simon tried unsuccessfully to force his penis in the woman's vagina. He then forced his penis into her rectum, "causing Plaintiff to cry out in unbearable physical pain as he continued to rape her anally," the complaint says.

      After the alleged assault, the woman returned to The Huxley and told her roommate. A rape kit taken later that morning revealed anal tears, abrasions and protruding tissue, according to the complaint.

      "I don't know how those injuries happen without severe force," said Bridgette Harwood, an attorney for the woman who is the co-executive director and director of legal services for the Network for Victim Recovery of DC."

              Simon hasn't even been charged in this alleged rape. They did a rape kit, but didn't have enough to even get a warrant for a DNA match. Some attorney is saying that because there was tearing. I suppose this attorney is an expert on anal sex now?

              And Simon was acquitted of involuntary manslaughter. Not murder. Couldn't even proven he accidentally killed someone.

              So yea, I'm completely okay with him not being cut when there isn't even a criminal charge against him.

                  He killed a man and more than likely raped that woman. At minimum he took a a completely wasted woman to his room and aggressively destroyed her asshole. I mean, this guy is a loser.

                                  He killed someone? You were there? You saw it happen? Because that would be odd considering there were no witnesses in the case and ballistics didn't match the bullet to his gun. It was the wrong caliber even.

                                  He allegedly raped a woman. And a prosecutor thought so little of it that no charges were filed. And the alleged victim decided to wait a full year to file a civil suit, which is interesting because it was just after Simon's salary doubled, making him a millionare.

                                      The DA could have chose to not file criminal charges for a variety of reasons, none of which may have been that this woman's story was not truthful or believable. Guess nobody knows though since the DA has never/will never comment publicly on the issue.

                                      As for the wait to file the civil suit, the woman's attorney said in the story that the victim was unaware of her options aside from a criminal case.

                                          There were no witnesses, because the prosecution witnesses never showed up to testify.

                                          He admitted he was firing a gun, and he admitted he fled the scene. At the very minimum, he saw his own cousin get shot, and he chose to flee the scene. Yup, totally indicative of the behavior of a good person.

                                          Dude, he brought a completely inebriated woman to his room, and she left with severe injuries to her anus. Again, whether he raped her or not (I don't care about, nor am I fooled by legal nonsense & loopholes, I believe he took advantage of her sexually, which means he raped her), this is not the behavior of a decent human being. She reported it when she sobered up, went through the humiliation of a rape kit, quit her fucking job, moved back home with he mother, and sat on this for a year. This is not the behavior of someone fabricating a rape.

                                          Alfredo Simon is a low life. Good people don't consistently find themselves in situations like these. Couldn't care less what the courts say. He's a bad person.
