I went to bed as soon as cozart could not come up with the ball to get the runner at the plate in the 7th. Reds offense is horrible right now. Cueto has a sub 2 era and a .500 record.

Samardija is 1-4 despite throwing together a fantastic start to his season, and the Cubs offense, while putrid as well, might be better than the Reds. Wins and losses don't mean much in the larger picture when evaluating a pitcher, but I can't imagine how frustrating it is to go out and put together great starts week after week and have nothing to show for it.
Can't complain too much, Samardzija is setting himself up to get lots of
