well, went to opening day had a lot of fun, 10 runs, lincey didnt look too sharp, but ill take it
btw - past american idol winner taylor hicks sang the anthem and sucked ass
but that was saved when the first ball was thrown out by our hometown hero, mr. sullenberger, the pilot who landed that flight into the hudson river

I drove by the stadium when I visited California. Next time I'm out there I'm going to go to a game. Stadium looked beautiful.

I have a man crush on Lincecum.

i may be a homer but its the nicest stadium of all of them, you really have to go to see it yourself, pnc is nice too though

If the Giants offense can hold up, which is doubtful but who knows, the Giants can take the NL West.

They're still contenders imo cause of their pitching and defense, but if there bats aren't clicking then I can't see them beating out the Dodgers.

Shit I wish I still lived in New York so I could go to some Yankees games again, but I doubt I could afford it to begin with.

Closest team to me is St. Louis, but I'm not a big Cards fan and only really followed them when they had Tino Martinez.

We've got the Redbirds (AAA St. Louis) in Memphis though. I'll probably catch some of their games this year when some big leaguers get sent down.

Ouch...Jim Martinez was hit by a line drive off the bat of Mike Cameron. Looked like it hit him in the forehead above the right eye. He walked off the field and they had a towel over his nose (bloody?) and they were attending to his forehead. Must have a nasty knot.

I hate those comebackers, scariest aspect of the game.

sorry messenger, just got home from a road trip actually, went down to LA for opening day at dodger stadium, cool thing was all the festivites and that hudson hit for a cycle, bad thing is we lost 11-1

i dont have the pics from the giants home game because i had to delete them to make room for a very special occasion that occured at dodger stadium that was a suprise, ill keep it as a suprise until i upload the pics (new computer so im having trouble uploading) and then ill get some home pics as im going to the dbacks games on friday and saturday

thanks for keeping things up messenger, and i was there for the martinez line drive, they were showing it on the tvs and there was a collective "oooo" whenever they showed him getting hit
