About time to bump this back up with today's news.

Both Kazmir and Percival go to the DL. One website is reporting that Percival is contemplating retirement. I could see Isringhausen taking over the closer role if Percy decides to permanently give up baseball to get in line at the local buffet.

Also, David Price will be called up and take Kazmir's spot as the starting pitcher Monday night.

Wow tough loss for the Rays tonight, you guys were up 10-2 at one point and then had that epic collapse in the 9th. Tough break.

Rays with the sweep today and making history becoming the first team in MLB history to hit 100 HR's ad get 100 stolen bases by the AllStar Break.

Blue Jays lost, Sox lost. Yanks are leading 3-0 right now. Can never count on the Mets for anything ever.

Rays making a real push now. They've won 7 in a row, have Kazmir back in the rotation, and even Niemann is pitching lights-out right now. Things are looking up! Toronto is fading, so it looks like the AL East will be like last season with NY, Boston and Tampa all fighting it out down to the wire.

Swept by the fucking Rangers, then come right back and sweep the Jays. This next series vs Oakland is huge. We need to win it.

Longoria coming up big today!!!! Always good to beat Boston. Hopefully we can make a push for the wild card spot right now. I hate to say it but I don't like our chances. I'll be surprised if we catch them. I think we are just one to many games behind but who knows anything can happen. Only four out right now.

2 straight wins against the Sox. Glad to take this 2 game series. Only 3 games back of second right now. Hopefully this starts a nice little streak, we need it.
