My brother just mentioned this me, this year's finals will either have the Lakers winning the Championship or the Orlando Magic winning the Championship. Either way 1 of 2 things will happen. 1) Kobe finally wins a Championship without Shaq or 2) Dwight will have done something Shaq couldn't have done, win a Championship in Orlando. Either way, it sucks to be Shaq*

Ughhh...Let me straighten things out. Whenever i talk with my friends about Shaq, the conversation usually comes down to two things. 1) Kobe did not ever win a Championship without Shaq and 2) Shaq never won a Chamionship in Orlando, even though he was the first overall pick by the Magic. Shaq came out and called himself better than Dwight because of Ring total at 4. Dwight, if he wins this year, can basically one up Shaq when talking about their playing times in Orlando since he would have won a title while there.

In this years finals, either one of those two notes will be broken. 1 of 2 big arguements between Shaq and Kobe/Dwight will be broken, and for that reason alone, in the content of this one aruement between Shaq and the winner, will Shaq not have the upper hand, and hence suck at the arguement because he can not win.

For example:

Shaq: Dwight Howard is not Superman, his clubs in ORL were mine before they were his, he isn't as good as i was back in the day.

Dwight: How many Championships did you win in ORL again?

If anything.. Howard beating Kobe would help Shaq's case of saying Kobe can't win without him. Thus.. it wouldn't "suck to be Shaq" (granted either scenario wouldn't really make Shaq's life suck)

If you watched any of the ORL vs PHX games, Shaq never greets Howard even though he says hi to all of the magic players. When asked why, Shaq said Dwight was copying his image, a dominant big man for Orlando who is using a Superman gimmic, i.e. Dwight "Superman" Howard vs Shaq "Man of Steel" O'Neal. NOW Shaq can't say that he has no respect for Howard because Howard can call him out because he can say he accomplished something Shaq didn't, and that was win the Title for Orlando.

Is it fucked up logic? Maybe. Is it an overstatement to use the word "sucks"? Probably. Yet you have to be a moron to not understand the angle i was taking.

One of two of his biggest arguements against Kobe or Dwight will be rendered useless, and that's why Shaq will have to find a different arguement against either Kobe or Dwight.
