That's the video. Now, when the play was happening, I didn't even know Kobe's elbow made contact because it looked like he was trying to pass the ball before the double team came. When I look at it again and slow it down, I still see the same thing. Just watch. His elbow goes up to try to pass the ball as Jameer Nelson runs into him. People say that his eyes are looking at Nelson. Look again. He's clearly looking dead at Derek Fisher. Nelson just got caught in Kobe's act of passing. However, this is a more legit elbow:
