Id have Redd instead of Gordon, but imo they are two different players to even compare.
Michael Redd or Ben Gordon

You think BG would ever make it to Team USA?
Stop the Michael Redd hate.. dude can play. He had a miserably bad year and now everyone is mud sligning him bad.. this guy was actually starting to round out his game and get some numbers in other cats other than scoring the last couple years.Comment

Its clearly a case of everyone being on Gordon's jock bcus of the playoff performance and everyone forgetting that Michael Redd is a legit All-Star. When you're dealing with a lot of young fans they have very short memories.Comment

One good playoff performance/series and BG is suddenly a scorer who can play defense??
Bolded the last bit cause the scorer bit we have known all alongLast edited by Archer; 07-04-2009, 01:26 PM.Comment

If weaving through pylons is what people consider defense, than Gordon is the best defender of them all.Comment

what is redd's career high? if memory serves me right he had a 57 point game before correct?Comment

Redd is and always will be a much more complete player then Ben Gordon. Not sure how this is even a debate. Sadly this is coming from a Bulls fan and a pretty big Ben Gordon fan.Comment

I feel the same way FedEx (about how this shouldn't even be a debate), but then again I don't understand what half of these people on the NBA boards think.
Redd is the better player hands down.
I still wouldn't want either of them on my team (as I stated earlier). Too much money and too much of a commitment to make to two guys who don't deserve it.Comment
