That'd be interesting aswell.. as LeBron is just the prototype 3 in my opinion. his insane wingspan and body structure would better suit him for guarding real 4's than Marion tho. It'd be a huge upgrade over playing Varaejo at the 4 and LeBron at the 3 regardless.

The Cavs should've used LeBron at the 4 more often in that series bcus he was better suited to be covering Rashard. I can see where they're coming from because hes a solid point forward, and it'd be ideal to put another guy at the 3 that can stretch the floor. Also, LeBron is very tough for bigger 4's to guard as they can keep up with his speed. Also, LeBron loves space around the basket, having the 4 play out on him is one less body to get through under the net when hes driving.

According to the Toronto Globe and Mail, the Raptors have offered Shawn Marion a four-year contract worth approximately $34 million.
ESPN.com reports that "a verbal agreement is not imminent" and Marion is holding out for a five-year deal worth closer to $50 million. There might not be any teams willing to pay $10 million a year for an aging role player, meaning Marion doesn't have much leverage. He would be like...fourth fiddle on that team. LBJ, Shaq, Mo Williams. Marion would come in and provide an athletic 3/4 that can defend and hit a shot.

according to Mo Williams twitter today he said Ariza shunned Houston and is considering Cleveland now....
