Dude...it ain't that serious...it's just my simple opinion. He may work out well but that remains to be seen. I like Vince...always have but he can be suspect at times. The Nets were not all that great last year so you could've put up those same numbers. LOL

The "shit" quote was not directed at you...it was from other things that I read on here. Orlando ran a nice system last year with the players that they had. I'm just wondering if Vince can put up the same numbers as he did with the Nets. Orlando had many options last year where as the Nets had 2...him and Harris....so of course he would have good numbers. Years ago when it was VC, RJ and Kidd runnin the show in NJ...they still couldn't get pass the first round. I think they gave up too much for him...given the opportunity, I think Lee could bring them the same numbers as VC would.

How bout we just have this thread sticky'd and see what happens once the season starts...all this back and forth is pointless. It just my opinion...not sayin I'm right or wrong but when some of you state your opinion it's like everyone else is wrong for thinkin otherwise.

As for Vince...no hate here. I live in NC...watched him the whole time he played here...I just question the move. Not once did I say they regressed or it was a dumb move. The East is wiiiiiide open. No team made one move to put them over the top.

At first I thought you said Lee was going to average the same stat line as VC in NJ as VC averaged in NJ.

Then you clarified, and I said your point was more plausible. Then I said I still disagree. I highly doubt that Lee would have been as big of an impact as VC will be in Orlando.

Just for fun, how do you think the game where Lee missed that alley oop would have ended, had it been VC on the receiving end of it?

I would hope that VC would've dunked it instead of trying to lay it up...

My thing with Lee is from what he has showed this post season, he has a bright future. He fit well in Orlando.

Neither of these will be more of a scoring option for the team than VC . If anything Carter's PPG was better when he was in the Kidd - Jefferson - Carter system than when it was just him as the primary scorer with Harris like you touched on. And in the Kidd-Carter era they made the 2nd round two times , so they did get past round 1.

PPG in the Kidd-Carter-Jefferson scoring system - 27.5 , 24.4 (Kidd missed time) , 25.2 , 21.3 (Carter and Jefferson both got hurt) then without Kidd and RJ in the Harris-Carter system that is easy to get productive stats in (basicly your words) he average 20.8 .... his lowest scoring season (PPG) for 5years

If anything the stats show that he did better when he was in a team with multiple scoring options as to just him and Harris
