Honestly, did you even read the article? Or did the headline just say "Redskins Sueing fans!" and you decided to do some redskin hating?

The New England Patriots have sued multiyear premium ticket holders. A Chicago Bears spokesman said, "In rare instances, we have sued."

Officials with the Arizona Cardinals, Denver Broncos, Minnesota Vikings, Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins, San Francisco 49ers and Indianapolis Colts declined to comment on the query. Other teams did not respond.
Hm... So the Patriots and Bears have also sued their fans. Also, When a team declines to comment, this is usually them admitting guilt. If they didn't sue their fans, they would openly say they didn't because that would be good PR for them. If they openly come out about sueing, that is bad PR. It's basic principles. Dallas Cowboys declined to comment, meaning they have probably sued their fans but don't want it to get out.

Also, incase your just completly fucking retarded, these fans sign CONTRACTS stating they will pay for their tickets for X amount of years. I bet there is a clause in the CONTRACT which talks about terminating the contract, and I bet this clause was breached. The Redskins have ever right to sue, especially if they're losing $3.6 million from people ditching their tickets last minute.

Next time, atleast make sure your own team isn't incriminated before making fun of others. How's the jerrytron going? Raise it yet?

"No comment" =/= incriminating last I checked.

I missed the lines on the Pats and Bears. Doesn't make it any less appalling. Especially when you consider the amount of fans these teams claim to have on their waiting lists. Why not just take the tickets away, charge a "contract termination" fee, and turn around and sell the tix to someone who can afford them. They recoup all the money lost and then some.

If Jerry Jones had ever done such a thing, it'd be all over some media outlet when you consider how often they sniff around trying to discredit him. If you say Jerry Jones has done it to loads of fans without a legitimate reason, as in using tickets they are NOT paying for, I'll call bullshit.

And I love the way anytime I say something here, even if it has jack shit to do with the Dallas Cowboys, the attacks rain down. Simply love it.
