I think San Diego is the safest pick of the week.. wanted to take a lesser team, but nothing really good out there.Originally posted by ram29jacksonI already said months ago that Seattle wasn't winning any SBComment

I went with Cincy, got a soft spot for them from Turducken, and Chris Henry looks so beastly.... I think with all the turmoil in Denver it might be a good time for me to take an early chance, if they win it pays off big time keeping new england and the other big dawgs alive for a later date.Comment

This isn't a thing with a record and at the end the person with the best wins. It's win or go home so might as well start with the big dogs. If you pace it and take risk earlier you may lose and you'll be out for good. Plus this early in the season don't wanna take risk anway. Who would've bet at the beginning of last year that the Dolphins who won 1 game the previous season would beat the Patriots?Comment
