For real though, he's old and small.

He's not a role player who would serve a purpose, i.e. Mentoring young players, etc. He would do what he's always done, jack up shots, and hog the ball, and on a very young Memphis team, I just don't see how he fits in since they have OJ and Conley at the 1 and 2.
