He does have a point, they're both going to get dominated defensively if they play alongside each other.

pretty much Monta isn't with guarding opposing two guards...because he sucks defensively...of course it worked with Baron because Baron was guarding opposing SG's...get ya defense up Monta.

Monta and S Jack to Clippers for baron, Thornton, and a future pick. Get-er done

                1984 Record: 44-38 (9th in west)
                1985 Record: 42-40 (7th in west; 1st round exit)
1986 Record: 51-31 (3rd in west; swept in finals)

The Grizzlies theme this season should be : "This Season, We're Doing It For The Lulz"

He does have a point though. I didn't even know Curry was starting.

Monta is one of the worst interviewers in all of sports. It almost makes you uncomfortable watching and listening to his interviews. Whatever he usually says never comes out right, or he just doesn't make sense. I feel bad for the kid every time he does an interview or there is a mic in front of him.

He's right about playing together probably might not work, or isn't the best idea depending on matchups.

However, Monta always is nervous and anxious when being interviewed,,,,this appears to have come across really bad, doesn;t seem as bad as it looks.

i dont think it was disrespect

"You can't put two small guys out there and play the one and the two. You've got big two-guards in the league. You just can't do it. Yes, you're going to move up and down but eventually the game is going to slow down. You can't do it."

                          Hes not, yet.

Monta is right but he should've played PC. The sito is looking pretty grim in Golden State right now no doubt.

If Minnesota thought Rubio and Flynn could work in the same backcourt I don't see why Ellis Curry couldn't.

Made it sound way worse than it is.

He's right in terms of strategy -- both of them on the court won't really work.

The article makes it sound like he hates the guy.
