The Hawks go from two-straight 4th finishes to 7th by adding Crawford and Teague?

Crawford is a cancer and Teague is undeveloped. Main reason for me putting them 7th was their Coaching Staff. I'm not saying they will do bad but I think the Wizards, Heat and Bulls will do better.

Why would the Raptors do any better than last season anyway.

The only reason that they are even that high is because DeRozan will soon be a great player.

oh I don't know maybe the fact we added 9 new players, and have 8 bonafide starters on our team (Calderon, DeRozen, Turk, Bosh, Bargnani, Jack, Wright, Reggie Evans) plus terrific depth (Amir Johnson, Rasho, Sonny Weems, Belinelli)

we finish no lower than 6th this year, guaranteed

That was one of the funniest posts I have ever read.

Since when is Sonny Weems good depth? Since when has Sonny Weems even played in the NBA?

Calderon, Turkoglu, and Bosh are the only legit player on the team and Calderon and Turkoglu aren't really that good. Turkoglu is a little inefficient at times bt he is a good player but not a player that is going to be a second star behind Bosh.

                What a homer...

                  el em ef eh oh

You obviously dont bother paying attention to Toronto sports because Weems has been impressive in the preseason so far and Triano has said Weems will get minutes.

lol at Calderon and Turk not being that good, I guess you would say Kevin Garnett, Steve Nash, Josh Smith and Manu Ginobilli suck then because they all averaged less points per game then Turkoglu, consider into the fact Turk was the 3rd option for his team last season and he can easily score 20 points a game for Toronto.
As well Calderon is one of the best point guards in the NBA. Ever hear of the longest consecutive free throw streak in history? He's the record holder. Dude was injured all last year and still averaged a near double double, he is healthy this year and will be the conduit behind the Raps O.

Bargnani really improved last year and could be a double double guy this year.

Thats a fucknig joke you think this team could finish out of the playoffs

I'm still loling. The only reason that he will even get a couple minutes per game was because of his summer league performance. He has done fairly well in the preseason as well but he isn't a guy who is going to do something when an actual NBA starter is defending him.

Also what are you talking about. Kevin Garnett is a legend and was out for a significant amount of time. Nash is miles better of a player and a better scorer but Nash chooses to pass first. Check the FG% comparisons of Nash and Turkoglu last season. Manu Ginobli also out most of the season. Josh Smith is the only guy that you can argue about who is better. Smith is still the better player because he is much more versatile and is much younger and still has room to grow. There were a few yeards in Sacramento that Turkoglu only came off the bench. It wasn't only 1 season. It was about 3 seasons (Not sure exactly how many). How was Turkoglu a third option? When it came down to crunch time he was a second option behind Dwight Howard.

                        Coming soon...

before jameer got hurt he was actually the go to guy in the 4th quarter, I believe there was really only one good magic game nationally televised vs the lakers in december when people could see jameer come thru in the clutch.

                          Even then it was

Nelson, turk, even lewis , before howard, his inability to convert free throws makes it so you cant really go to him in crunch time when u really need a bucket

when has derozen or reggie evans ever shown they are capable starters in the NBA??? I could also argue antoine wright, but he has started some, but I dont feel if you want to be a contender, that he is a guy you want starting on your team.

Also Sonny Weems is nothing but someone who sits on the end of the bench and cheers in a warmup suit
