I wasn't at the game due to prior commitments, but I did get a short recap via text from my boss. We pretty much dominated from the start and they had no answer for freshman phenom Karon Abraham, who led all scorers with 23 points (5-7 3PT, 6-6 FT).

Now we have a double dip against St. Francis (PA) next week. We're in Loretto on Thursday and then they come to the Charles L. Sewall Center on Saturday, before we head into the Oakland Zoo to face Pittsburgh on the Monday after.

I'd say they've been overrated for the last several years, but yeah.. there's no way in hell they are the 8th best team in the country. If they were in the Mountain West, they'd be no better than a 4th or 5th place team.

Oh and speaking of the MWC. The New Mexico Lobos, your 2010 Cinderella in the making, is now 20-3 and 6-2 in the conference..

I think this will be a close game, but I feel like Maryland will pull away with the upset. We have a higher scoring offense, and both defenses are playing at the same level right now.
