I didnt catch that game, but a kid that played in the nba 2k league with us on ps3 last year plays for Minny. Rodney Williams, hes a monster watch out for him in Big 10 play . He doesnt start this year but i think he can contend for POTY in the conference next year when his role is expanded.

Rumors are swirling on UT message boards that Tyler Smith and Brian Williams could be dismissed from the team over their legal issues. Huge loss to the Vols if that is indeed the case.

And one Arkansas blogger (I would post the link, but apparently, the site went down after I read this) wants the Hogs to fire John Pelphrey for....Billy Clyde. And I loved the guy's explanation of the Clyde/UK situation.



That's some Grade A blogging right there. Of course, Gillispie wouldn't be a good fit for Arkansas. Too many dry counties.

Will you show the same hate for Cal when the NCAA rescinds whatever you win over the next 4 years before an investigation at UK starts?

God knows how Marquette has looked so good against all these teams, but if we keep shooting 3's as well as we have been I think the NCAA tournament is within the realm of possibility.

A few things...

1) Cal doesn't have a single NCAA violation on his record.
2) Kentucky has something that Memphis and UMass never had...a compliance office that can handle a major athletics program.
3) Memphis got the shaft in the Derrick Rose deal and should win their appeal.

John Wall is a model citizen and has the highest GPA on the team and is taking a full course load next spring semester. Wasn't that what Bobby Knight was bitching about a couple weeks ago. One and doners not having to take classes in the spring semester to stay eligible?

Knight was complaining about the fact that since coaching at UMASS, every program that Cal has worked for has been investigated (when Memphis gets sanctioned they all will have that black mark as well) yet he has never been punished.
