Well.. the UNLV game didn't go OT.. but I agree with the second part of your post.

As I said before - the Sweet 16 WILL include New Mexico. These guys play hard every game.

It's okay, as VSN's resident MWC homer.. it's my duty to police all MWC related statements

I'm watching OSU beat the shit out of a decent Illni team on the road and wondering why nobody seems to be talking about them as serious contenders to go deep in the NCAA tourney? I've been nothing but impressed by them this year

With Turner's ability to go crazy in any given game and Diebler and Buford to back him up ... this could be a very dangerous team in March

does it make up for the bullshit timeout call they got against Uconn?

Yeah Arch...any team with Turner on it scares me.

Vazquez didn't do a whole lot for much of that ballgame yesterday, fwiw.

I know it's hard v every team on the road in the Big East but I can't say I'm not a little suprised

I had Rutgers to cover but winning that game is impressive. Its amazing that some shitty teams in the big East hold wins over some really good teams on their home-court.. but theres also been some really good teams losing on their home court aswell (Cuse today and to Pitt aswell).

Tough loss for my 'Cuse, but with every loss comes a lesson.

I think they will be humbled in the fact that they're not invincible and that if they slack on defense and don't execute on offense that anyone can beat them, even on their home court.

                          Oh, and fuck you Higgins.

Laptop died and I have been working six days a week so whenever I have a chance to go on the computer I barely visit VSN. Saving up so I can get a new computer though so I should be back on more often soon.

Agreed but he turned it on in the second half. Enough so to bring Maryland close enough to get Coach K sweating and calling timeouts numerous times.

The crowd did make me lol though. "Sweat Gary Sweat". "Inspiration *points at Duke Bench* Perspiration *Point at Gary Williams"
