Gibson would be lucky to start consistently for another NBA team, West would be a decent starter, Moon is nowhere near starter material for any good team, Powe was a nice role player in Boston but he's not a starter, Z is past starting for any good NBA team and lastly Varejao is probably a fringe starter/bench player at best.

Gibson started on our NBA Finals team
West has been a starter on our team since he came (except this year) and would start on a few teams at least
Powe has some starting experience and would start on some teams
Moon was a starter in Miami and Toronto and would start on a few teams still
And Z has been a starter for most of his career...and maybe would for a couple teams noq
