Yes he is. Sheed was horrible, JO's a slight upgrade, although still pretty bad him self.

I've never been a fan of JO. I've never liked his game and I would take Rasheed over him any day. IMO at this stage in both of their careers Rasheed is a better defender and offensive threat. However, having said that JO is probably a better option over Sheldon Williams.

I do like sheed more as he has the ability to spread the floor and hit the open 3.
