Stole this from someone at OS:
Without a second look, one would think 17.41 for a LeBron Fathead is an odd price.
1741 was the year Benedict Arnold was born.
Dan Gilbert owns Fathead.
Yep, still at it.

Cleveland just has bad luck in sports. When it comes down to it...it's a game...it's a job. He decided to do what he thought was best for him. He wants to get ring(s)...no body can say he has a better shot to win more than 1 ring in Cleveland than he does now in Miami. I think people won't be saying he won rings in Miami only because of who he played with rather it will be he was part of a super trio that got it done. If he doesn't, not many could say he is the greatest of all time. I hope nobody expected him to finish his career in Cleveland....or even those of his height. Being a Bulls fan, I am glad Rose is with the Bulls but I don't have any illusion that he will play it out or even stay if we don't win.Comment

Gilberts a dumbass too for allowing James friends to do whatever they wanted.
No sympathy for Gilbert or CLE but i think this is really cool that an owner came out like this. Its rare to see honesty these days.
I hope CLE wins before MIA but thts never happening.Comment

and there was plenty of hate directed @ kobe when he wanted to leave the lakers, bashing them. everyone hated on him at that time saying he was nothing without shaq. then he got Gasol, in the most retarded/shouldnt have been allowed trade ever, and acted like he could carry a team, but i digress.
Gilbert had to write this letter because down the line the only people that will remember it - just like the hate shoveled on kobe and LA people - are the die hards. we'll all forget about this, but Gilbert probably saved himself quite a few season tickets.Comment

LeBron made tons of money for Dan Gilbert, resurrected a dead franchise, and (even though the way he did it was wrong), exercised his right to work wherever he wanted. No different than any other American citizen. He doesn't owe anybody anything. It's pathetic that he's become the most hated sports figure in this country.Comment
