    Jordan calls off Raps/Bobcats trade

The Bobcats have canceled the reported trade that would have sent Boris Diaw and Tyson Chandler to the Raptors in exchange for Jose Calderon and Reggie Evans.
Team owner Michael Jordan apparently had second thoughts about giving up Tyson Chandler, leading to an 11th hour retraction. He's not helping his image as a fumbling executive, and the Bobcats are still left without a starter-quality point guard. Back to the drawing board.
Wowwwwww... really fucking cheesed about this. Jordan was a great player, but the guy is a hideous executive..

Probably.. Isiah has done some good over his time, he just manages to follow it up with something 5 times worse. Hes kind of a 1 step forward, 3 steps back type of executive. Jordan is just mad shakey.. and hes not even the GM.

I don't blame him. Calderon is okay, but nothing special and in the long term certainly isn't going to make the team any better. Calderon also has like 3 years left on a contract that is too much for what he provides. Chandler isn't great, but his contract expires after this year and Diaw has a big salary, but he expires after next season. I see why Toronto and their fans wanted the deal. Good job by MJ.
