Wade is top 5-6 in the league, James is just a shade below Bryant (forgetting his quits in the playoffs).

To even think for a second that Dwayne or Dwyane Wade is a better play than Queen James is insane.

Wade is one level below Queen James.

A big reason why Miami hasn't been a factor since Shaq turned 400. Wade needed at least a Shaq near his prime to get a title.
While I agree James is the better player, Wade carried the Heat throughout that whole series. Shaq pretty much stood in the paint and watched Wade go to work and shoot 30FT's every game.

Wade was unreal in that playoff, no doubt. I take nothing away from him.
But they have been nothing, literally nothing, since.
At least Queen James' teams have been regular season monsters.

If I need one player to carry my team, it's Queen James.

On any other day, of course. But Wade was a well oiled machine in those games and there is no one in the league I would have taken to match his play in that series. Not even Jordan

Wade's on Jay Leno right now, big pimpin'

Well, since it's Miami, I think Wade is the best player on this team.

But anyways, who cares?! They're both on the same team! I'm happy!

But since that championship, the Heat have been irrelevant.
A Jordan-type player would have done better than that.

I can understand that. I wanted the Big Three to sign with Toronto.
And, like you, I would have thrown all objectivity out the window.

If LeBron re-signed with Cleveland, you wouldn't have said he quit and all that non-sense.
He's the best player in franchise history and the key to our success... why the hell would we not offer him a max deal? No one ever said we didn't want him, stop making shit up.

I wouldn't be saying that? I was saying he quit all fucking summer... hell I said it on here in the hours leading up to "The Decision" when I was sure he was coming back to Cleveland.

He deserves the blame. This was his team, he deserves to be held accountable for quitting on them and the city that backed him through thick and thin only to have him smack us across the face on national TV.

I'm not jealous Lebron's gone. Far from it. I'm pissed at how he left. I'm pissed at how people view Cleveland's attempts to build the roster around him when he left. If I was jealous I'd be calling him the "No Ring King", blah blah blah.

                I absolutely agree Shaq wasn't a boost - he's 400 years old.
Jamison could have been, but needed more time with the team.
                Queen James wanted Mo Williams.

IMO, if he stuck with Cleveland and used his influence - he could have attracted the right free agent.
Instead, he took the easy way out.
Add onto the fact that because he only signed a 3 year deal he held this Franchise hostage with the threat of him leaving in the short term, forcing them into short sighted trade after short sighted trade and, lets be honest, what big name free agent wants to sign with Cleveland if Lebron won't be here in the long term?

Are you seriously trying to say he didn't quit in this year's ECSF? There's a reason that series is called "The Forfeit" in Cleveland lore.

Lebron has been my favorite player since he came into the league, partly because he played for my favorite team. Over the years I blatantly ignored his many faults... his faulty jumper, struggles with turnovers, lack of a killer instinct as of late, his overall immaturity, etc., because he was one of our own. He loved Cleveland, he loved Ohio, hell Ohio State has his logo on our basketball uniforms, for christ sake, it seemed like he would always be here. Then he went on national TV and stabbed us all in the back.

I was a Cavs fan before Lebron and I always will be after as well. But right now, the only real option is to blow it up and start over. People can hold onto the false truth that Gilbert is selling about winning a championship before Lebron, but unless Mo Williams turns into Chris Paul, Antwan Jamison suddenly becomes Tim Duncan, and J.J. Hickson becomes Chris Webber, that won't happen. At the deadline I hope we can move some pricy contracts and get even more flexibility with the cap, and strike gold in the lottery in a couple of years.

I'll never root for my team to lose games, but this is the only way I see us winning a championship. We're not a destination place like Miami, LA, NY etc, we don't have history like Boston or Chicago. The only way we win a title is with homegrown talent... so its time to hit the trail and start developing a long term plan (I really wish we could get Harrison Barnes).

Keywords. Everyone outside of Cleveland actually sees what really happened....you lost to a better, more playoff ready team.

Queen James economic impact on Cleveland is at least $200 million a year.
His impact on the Cavs' ticket sales is catastrophic.
I think Glenn Beck is among the biggest assholes ever, but if I had to hire him to get me paid, Beck would get his own practice court.
James impact on that entire region is quantifiable.
Dan Gilbert may be impetuous, but he's not stupid.
