    Really??

Again, I say: Also if Lebron and Bosh were talking as much as they were it's obvious Lebron would have known a long time ago that Bosh would want nothing to do with Cleveland. You think Bosh just dropped that "bombshell" in June? Don't be naive.

Do you REALLY think LeBron thought Bosh wanted to join him in Cleveland? It stinks of a line thrown out by his people to soften the blow of him leaving. Bosh only told them 10million times in the lead up to FA that he had no intention of going to the Cavs.

I refuse to think LeBron was doing anything other than playing Cleveland this whole time [over FA]. I think he knew a good year ago that if he didn't win a title this year he was done. I don't think a simple message before bolting is too much to ask
Plus want to go more devious with it? Lebron leaks that knowing already Bosh won't want to come to Cleveland...based on numerous conversations with him. Therefore when Lebron leaves, like he knows he is going to that he can simply pass the buck back to Cleveland and say "Hey, you couldn't get me the guy I wanted" Knowing the whole time it wasn't an issue or option.

So LeBron was lying the entire time when he said Cleveland had the edge at the beginning of and before free agency? If it wasn't true, why would he say it? There's nothing positive to come out of it. He was very quite about his free agency plans for years, why say it now if it's a lie?

Also, why would Bosh have to say 10 million times that he didn't want to go to Cleveland if LeBron wasn't still trying to bring him in? It wouldn't make sense if LeBron just said to him, "Oh okay, I'll just go somewhere else then." He was trying to get talent to the Cavs, he just couldn't do it.

Maybe i'm wrong about him knowing he was gone but one thing is for sure

He knew Chris Bosh was never going to join him at the Cavs. Bosh told everybody multiple times that he never wanted to join them

Why not? If he doesn't declare Cleveland the front runner right away then it looks like he has already passed them over and isn't giving them a fair shake regardless of what they do. PR move maybe? Who knows?

Except that when he does leave he can put the blame back on Cleveland for not being able to bring in guys and say "Hey, they were my first choice but couldn't get Bosh..etc etc so I had to move on. This wasn't easy for me...I really wanted to stay ..but...etc etc etc.???

Because misinformed/mislead reproters were asking the question/hypothosizing on it?

They were asking Bosh to Cleveland questions at the DEADLINE and Bosh said he wouldn't join.

So LeBron only finding out in the off-season is complete bullshit

Yeah like Lebron only found out July 7th or June 30th Bosh didn't want to come to Cleveland.... :stupid:

After reading all of these posts I did a little research and discovered that all 3 players are represented by the same agency, CAA. With that being the case I'm sure this was discussed and decided upon months before they all actually hit free agency. It seems to me that Lebron knew what he wanted to do all along but was scared to face the fans in Cleveland.

LeBron wasn't originally destined for Miami. If Wade and/or Bosh went to NY, Chicago, or NJ, LeBron would've followed.

LeBron was going to follow one of them(pref. Bosh) But in this case, he followed both to the same squad.

Nvm its not even worth arguing.... he'd find a way to defend Lebron if he was responsible for a terrorist attack.

He's my player now, is he not? If LeBron did re-sign with Cleveland, I bet all Cavaliers fans would be like "Oh no, don't be silly! He didn't quit in the playoffs, he just had a bad game....or bad games."

                              Edit:
But am I right? Or was LeBron going to go to Miami regardless of who was there? No, LeBron wanted to play alongside Bosh, who decided to play alongside Wade.

Funny... I hate every player on the Pacers almost. Then again, we do fucking suck.
