Nuggets Want To Deal Carmelo To Nets, Kings Or Wolves Read more: http://realgm.com/s

Sam Amico of NBA.com is reporting that the Nuggets are looking at three teams as destinations for All-Star forward Carmelo Anthony -- the Nets, Kings and Timberwolves.

"Early word around NBA is Nuggets will try to trade Carmelo to 1 of 3 teams: Wolves, Kings, Nets. In other words, careful what you wish for," Amico wrote on his Twitter page.

The New York Post reported on Saturday morning that the Nets are a "legit" suitor for Anthony.

An NBA executive was quoted as saying that New Jersey as the right pieces to acquire the forward.

I'd love to see the pieces Minnesota would give up. Kahn is such an idiot that you know the lulz would be epic.

We'd probably be giving up Favors, IMO

Melo isn't going to go for Minnesota or the Kings, as they aren't in the sort of "market" he desires to play in. The Kings have some nice pieces in Evans and Cousins, but I can't see Melo wanting to wait on their development. The Wolves simply have young and unproven potential talent with no real direction. Melo has one year left on his deal, so where ever he goes the team is going to want assurances that he's going to resign, so he has a lot of leverage in this situation.

Nets would be awesome. I could probably score free tickets through my girlfriend who knew his brother growing up in Bmore. She met Lala the other week (gf works in fashion) and mentioned to her how she knew Melo, and apparently they got along real well.

So if he does get traded to the Nets, I'll be in the VIP at Barclay's sippin' Stole with Prokharov soon enough.

No fucking way Melo would go to the Kings or T-Wolves though. NFW.

According to one report, the Nets are not willing to include Brook Lopez in an attempt to trade for Carmelo Anthony. But New Jersey's offer of Devin Harris, Derek Favors and draft picks may still give the Nuggets the best pieces in return for Anthony.

No mention is made of whether Anthony would agree to sign an extension with the Nets or the other interested teams as part of a trade out of Denver. Anthony's long-term commitment figures to be a prerequisite before teams offer the Nuggets quality assets in a deal.

The Nuggets have had discussions with the Bulls that center around Luol Deng and Taj Gibson.

The Warriors may offer Stephen Curry, Andris Biedrins and draft picks but are not sure that they will make Curry available.

The Clippers are called a long shot with Chris Kaman and Eric Gordon the likely two targets whom Denver would look to acquire.

If this were to happen we'd go Lopez-Murphy-Anthony-TWill-Farmar...yuck.

Do not trade Brook Lopez for Anthony. It sucks that'd we'd have to trade Favors, but I'm down if the end result is getting Melo. Devin Harris is gone in this deal anyway...I'm ok with that.

We'd need a PG pretty badly.

                    Lopez - Petro
                    Murphy
                    Anthony - Outlaw - James
                    Morrow - Williams
                    Farmar

Not a bad lineup...it is a step in the right direction, IMO. If they had a PG, I'd say they are playoff bound.

Would love to get Ty Lawson in the deal in return.

                    Harris
                    Favors
                    Humphries
                    Picks

                    Anthony
                    Lawson

Nuggets save $2M, plus get an expiring in Humphries and a young piece in Favors.

                    MAKE IT HAPPEN!

You forgot to include the "massaging my penis" part that comes as part of the Beyonce deal.

Would love to see Melo and JR Smith end up in NY somehow if we can keep Amar'e.
