Since the league that Justo/Jayrock was running is ending. Me, firfghtr (he was in the league before) and Jayrock will be running a new league with better rules as well better teams.
Were using the 09/10 file with accurate salaries. Signups will begin tonight and the team draft or how ever we decide to do it will be within the next few days. It could possibly be first come first serve for the draft so be ready to sign up when the thread goes live.
Rules:
Soft Cap: $57.7 mil (Actual NBA Number)
Hard Cap: $85-90 mil (Still deciding)
No Waivers
Will have a Trade Committee
If Over the cap, during FA you can ONLY sign 1 MLE and 1 LLE
We will have some form of betting.
There will be more spends for different things.
