Is Derrick Rose becoming the best PG in the NBA?

It's time to give this kid his props... He's a Top 3 PG in the NBA right now. Is he becoming the best PG in the NBA?

He had another 30 point night tonight and is carrying this Bulls team. He doesn't get the superstar fouls like LeBron, Kobe, Melo, etc get, so he's not at the line as much, even though he draws a lot of contact.

His season stat's:

26.3 PPG, 4.40 RPG, 8.3 Apg, .470 FG %. He's #1 overall in the NBA in Pts/Reb/AST Average with 39.0

#4 behind CP3, D Will, and Rondo. Him and Ronda are close, and hes not even close to the same level as the other 2.

He's doing well, but hes still got a long way to go.

Kinda sorta unrelated to the topic, but when I watch this Bulls team, I just don't understand the hype. No shot they get past the semis.

I think Rose is missing something. I can't put my finger on it. Big spot, Game 7, i'm not afraid of Rose or the Bulls.

Statistically, sure he's a top 3 PG. However, if I need one guy at PG, I'd call Paul, Williams, and Rondo's names before Rose.

Rose doesn't have the control of the game like CP3 or DWill. When the game needs to be slowed or sped up I can always count on those to 2 to make the right choices. I honestly don't want my PG to shoot it 20+ times a game. I want him to take the open shots and be a playmaker all while making the correct passes and getting his teammates open. I have seen Rose take crazy layup attempt in traffic in times where the right move would be to kick it out to the open man. 100% of the time CP makes the right choice to kick it out.
