Georgetown is probably the best shooting team in the nation from 3. Austin Freeman, Chris Wright, Jason Clark, and Hollis Thompson are all deadly from range. Like all teams that depend on the outside shot, they will have games where they are cold and nothing drops. This is where they are vulnerable, because their bigs are a question mark. Julian Vaughn is a nice player, but nothing special. The rest of the bigs are unproven. Touted Frosh Nate Lubick hasnt looked ready, despite getting big minutes. The problem is JT3 lacks options. C Henry Sims is a stiff.

I know nothing about Mizzou. Nothing.

Hoyas are favored on the road, fwiw.

Jesus the Hoyas can shoot it. Mizzou made a nice run there at the end of the half. Got robbed by the officials on that no call on the shot clock violation.

          What a great game.

Hoyas get a big resume builder, big road win over a good team.

Dixon, the PG for Mizzou, stinks. He was easily Mizzou's worst offensive player, but after he hit that three, he wanted to shoot every time he touched the ball. And he can't shoot. Then the AWFUL foul on Wright that essentially cost them the game.

I thought Mizzou was smart to stop pressing. It wasnt working. The took the lead when they stopped pressing.

As for G'town, like I said earlier, they are the best shooting team in the nation. Forget Freeman and Wright, Clark is lethal. Even Thompson and Sanford drill threes. I've watched all their games this year, they have been lights out.

Watch the first 39:55, then turn off the TV and go to bed.

Before the end of the first half, G'Town hit a 3 that should have been a shot clock violation. No call...didn't even go to the monitor. Was clear that it was still in his hand on the replay. The game shouldn't have even gone to OT.
