    Baron for Mo

Wojo reports Baron Davis and their unprotected 2011 first rounder to Cleveland for Mo Williams and & J. Moon.

    Good move for Cleveland, no?

Poor Baron Davis... Time to retire I guess. Great PG in his prime! It's like the NBA is forcing players like Billups, Davis and Bibby to retire after this year... : (

This is a stupid move on Sterling's part, essentially moving a likely top 10 pick for Mo Williams.

Cavs will get Davis's money off the books at some point and will have a pair of top ten draft picks now.

I like it... Bledsoe is the future at point, if Mo can get healthy and back on track shooting 3's he improves the team. Moon is a nice add for depth... losing a 1st can hurt... but I think the Clippers believe that their 1st won't be as high as usual, I don't really like seeing trades between two bad teams tho, there never seems to be much of a point

            good trade for clips.

davis is old and clips need youth. also davis has always been unhappy here since brand decied not to stay.

Apparently GM's around the league are very low on this upcoming NBA Draft and are willing to trade picks.

That and apparently, Los Angeles rather add a veteran in Mo Williams than another rookie to their roster of several rookies/young guys.

So does this kill the potential Gallinarri trade?

I equate this trade to 2 kids sitting in a school lunchroom trading a banana for a partially opened devil dog.

I guess I see it though. The Clips get out from under Baron's contract, and the Cavs pick up a top 10 pick to go with theirs so they can start the rebuilding process.

But like you guys said, the draft is not looking to promising this year.
