    DeMarcus Cousins Demands A Trade

DeMarcus Cousins has reportedly asked the Kings to trade him, and coach Paul Westphal told him not to attend Sunday's game.

Cousins has always had attitude problems, but demanding a trade four games into his second NBA season is somewhat unbelievable (and for what it's worth, his agent has denied that a trade was demanded). It sounds like the Kings will shelve him until they can trade him, as they won't get much mileage by forcing their disgruntled center to play. For the moment, we expect his minutes to be spread among Chuck Hayes, J.J. Hickson and Jason Thompson -- Hickson could start at PF with Hayes at C, but keep an eye out for updates.

Coming into the league everyone knew his biggest issue would be his immaturity. This isn't much of a surprise. He's a talented kid though hopefully he gets it together someday.

It's easy to see the upside but there is shitton of flaws with him even besides the obvious immaturity. Terrible FG% for a big man, shitty defender, fouls way too much, turns the ball over way too much.

Hardly even makes it worth it to have him once you throw in the retardation.

Kings will be better without him, trade Cousins for a 1st rounder and some players

            My god what a dick.

            He's such a good player, too. A shame he's got a $.10 head.

Maybe Chuck Hayes can talk some sense into him

The Pistons offer Tayshaun Prince and Rodney Stuckey's combo guard shenanigans.

I honestly thought this kid was turning a page this season for the better. Looks like I was wrong, but we will see i guess.

Cousins is the only player in NBA history over 6'6" to average more than 3 turnovers a game and with less than 15 ppg

Cousins is the first big man since 1977 to have a eFG% under 45 but still have more than 12 FGAs a game.
