Yes we went 14-18 since Melo trade last year, 0-4 in playoffs, 2-4 now....

He'll be gone before the playoffs. He's on a one-year deal and there's no reason to believe the team will come together anytime soon.

The only way he keeps his job and stays past this season is if they win 40+ games in the regular season and win one series in the playoffs and at the least, be competitive in round 2.
