    Jason Smith hitsticks Blake Griffin

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQmV7ETxj2I"]*RAW/UNCUT* New Orleans Bounty: Jason Smith TAKING OUT Blake Griffin - YouTube[/ame]

The fans cheer for Smith as he exits the floor and boo's Griffin at the line like he's the one that did something. NO fans are still mad..

Blake gets that all the time and refs barely call anything. Couldn't avoid that one, obviously. It's a small wonder why Blake Griffin is always bitching and moaning about fouls - dudes have it out for him on the court and the refs let most of it go.

Obviously a foul, but basketball players are so frail. Thats a routine hit in football that a player pops up from, and in basketball its like they just got into a car wreck.

I dont think you watch much NBA, I aint saying Blake is innocent of complaining, but hardly the worst in the league, nevermind all of sports.

I would assess Griffin a flagrant for flopping and prancing around like a Euro footballer afterward.

I'm groaning, not because Blake isn't a crybaby (he is and it's annoying as fuck), but because of the exaggeration. The sad thing is that Blake has a valid gripe most of the time (not all of the time, I'm not that much of a homer). He should keep his mouth shut and let his coach/GM call the NBA and handle it that way. Bitching on TV in front of anyone won't do anything.

Refs do allow players to be more physical with Griffin. That said, it's not going away and it'll only get worse in the playoffs. Blake just needs to own it and

There was no flop. Smith tripped him (inadvertently) as he ran into him.

Football players have pads on, Griffin had no pads. Football players hit turf when they go down, Griffin hit a hardwood floor. Football players are typically hit like that when they're on the ground, maybe coming down from a jump. Griffin was hit as he was jumping and then the force put him back on the ground. Congrats, you're a complete idiot.

Football players usually only wear shoulder pads, and when the ballcarrier gets crushed their shoulder pads usually dont even take on the impact.

Football players hit turf when they go down, Griffin hit a hardwood floor.
Dont care. Football players used to play on semi-concrete astro-turf.

Incorrect, football players are smashed at all angles in every direction.

You seem to be missing the quite obvious fact that basketball is not football..
