    Helpful Tips
If a player's type reads Restricted it means that the player meets the requirements to be a restricted free agent only if the team presents a qualifying offer in the appropraite amount to the player at the conclusion of the player's current contract. If the qualifying offer is not tendered to the player, the player will be an unrestricted free agent.

We are going after Lebron James and it's a very good chance we will land him. His favorite place to play is in the garden and we've got a ton of money to offer him as no one will be on the payroll at the end of that season, except Eddy Curry has an option to stay for the next year which his fatass will probably take. I think we'll get Lebron and set him up with a good big man.

If LeBron goes to NY that year, how much more help is he going to have there than he currently does in cleveland? Answer: Not Much. That's why i think somewhere like NJ would be perfect cus they have tons of young talent over there. NY doesn't look to have too much help for LBJ when the time comes around.
The Knicks will have enough money to sign Lebron and sign another player to a max deal. That means something like Lebron and Bosh or Lebron and Amare. They also have enough money to fill in the team with role players to surround them.

The last 2 years of Durant's rookie contract are team option. He's locked up for a while. You won't see him testing waters in 2010. lol.

Im happy if we land 1 Free Agent. 2 would be a plus though. I have hated being a Knicks fan for like 5 years now.
