According to a tweet by a reliable inside source late Saturday evening, the two sides are hard at work proposing a deal that would send Portland’s #6 and #11 picks to Cleveland for the Cavs #4 and #24 selections.

lol,what?
Barnes is not a good rebounder for a 6'8 guy, doesn't play good defense, has average athleticism, can go very well to his left, and doesn't have much of a handle
His bread and butter is a jumper in which he either dribbles once or twice or not at all
And even his shooting, for which he is acclaimed for, is not impressive(FG% wise) against good opponents
Barnes benefits alot from playing with Kendall Marshall(look at the few games he played without him) who can set him up in spots and with Roy's up tempo scheme, he can thrive
Barnes trying to create his own shot is pitiful to watch
Barnes isn't a terrible player by any means...but if he struggles with shooting and creating his own shot against good opponents in college, imagine the troubles he'll have against some of the best defenders in the world
NBA is way more iso-based than college, so in order to be a serious offensive threat in the NBA on the wing, it helps a little to have a handle

ya, i figured someone would bring up me being a duke fan, lol
despite my harsh criticism, i think barnes is a better prospect than Austin Rivers(who i wouldn't have minded staying another year, but we're a bit log-jammed at guard. Nevertheless, good luck to him)
so...ya

I think guys like Barnes, Robinson, and Rivers are some of the safer picks in the draft...after Davis, there is simply a lot of role players and low floor/high ceiling players. Barnes and the like may not have high ceilings, but I don't think they bust, either...long careers, albeit, not stars for guys like Barnes, Robinson, and Rivers.Comment

I'm actually really interested in where Barnes goes.
Hopefully to a team where I can root for him.Comment

My draft board for the Bucks right now:
1) Terrence Ross
2) Meyers Leonard
3) Tyler Zeller
3) Perry Jones
4) Jeremy Lamb
5) Dion Waiters
6) Terrence Jones
7) Jared Sullinger
I sincerely doubt we would take Jones or Sullinger at 12 though...Comment
