    Steve Nash is a Laker

Numerous reports have indicated that Steve Nash is strongly considering signing with the Raptors.

Several NBA personnel executives have confirmed the rumors may have real traction.

"I've been hearing that from people that would know," said one Western Conference executive. "The Raptors may not be ready to win right away, but with (Andrea) Bargnani, (DeMar) DeRozan and maybe (Jonas) Valanciunas coming over next season, they could be pretty decent right away with Nash. And they could have enough cap space to get something done there."

Nash is set to become an unrestricted free agent for the first time since 2004.

HE'S CANADIAN SO HE WANTS TO PLAY IN CANADA.

HE HAS A HOUSE IN NEW YORK SO THEY HAVE A CHANCE.

          ESPN should hire me.

Nash, must not be concerned with winning let alone a championship.

He once played a game in Detroit against the Pistons and I heard he enjoyed the surrounding area and may be interested in playing for them.

                  This wasn't on ESPN.

I think the reasoning behind this is he eventually would work in the Front Office for Toronto so if he went there and played for a year he could get familiar with all the management there then get hired on once he was done playing.

Steve Nash is the only MVP/HOF guy that has never seemed to have pressure put on them to win a championship

I think it's because Nash has never really had real expectations. At the Sun's best there were rumblings, but nothing compared to what the game's elite have had to deal with. I guess it's because even with his 2 MVP's some people don't see Nash as an elite player. At his best he was the best PG in the league and certainly an elite player. I think deserved at least one of those MVPs.

Yea, All those years with Amare' and Marion. They had a nice team, but it was never better then 4th in the west at any give time (IMO, Lakers, Spurs, Mavs... were always better).

IMO their best year was that year of the Spurs/Suns suspensions. That team had a chance.

Would be fitting to end his career in Canada. A few weeks ago I really wasnt a fan of this but the idea of him coming into to work with the young guys for a couple years has really grown on me. I hope we can make it happen IF we can find a way to move Jose. Wouldnt be fair to either guy nor would it make any sense to have them both here.
