LOL, that would make W2B 43....I think he's around 33-35.

Well I didn't know how old Warner was so had no real point of comparison.

You're the Drexler of this site then. You seem older than you actually are.

He actually looks younger now than he did when he was playing..

I'm kinda sad I missed this convo by being gone this weekend, it's right up my alley (well not really because today vs. 90s NBA is annoying) but it seems to be going well. It'd be odd to jump in now so I'll just watch.

I'll do my quick opinion, no way the 2012 team beats the 1992 team. They'd make it competitive but 1992 would win in a series.

2008 would probably beat 1992 or at least take it to a game 7. That team was REALLY good and I think their speed and athleticism would've been too much. Not saying they'd for sure win but they are easily the most competitive. Ditto for 1996 if we don't want to put "chemistry" into the equation.

And now I go back to watching.

                          Poor Dan Majerle.

He played on the '88 team that lost and led to the creation of the Dream Team, then he played on the '94 World Championships team that had fat Shawn Kemp, gimpy/old "make good" Isiah, etc and looked like shit compared to '92, and then was too old and broken down to make '96 because Mitch Richmond & Grant Hill passed him by.

The issue is, at least with me, people are putting Magic and Bird on that 92 team like they are prime Magic and Bird. They aren't. It's like if the 2012 team put Shaq on there. Yeah, "Shaq" is on the team but he can't walk anymore. It's not really Shaq.

Bird was a non-factor and while Magic turned out to be pretty okay he was still very out of shape. So if you just do a quick roster glance, of course that 92 team is always going to look better. Not putting them down at all, just pointing out that they weren't nearly the factors someone like Chris Paul was for the 2008 team.

To be fair Kemp wasn't fat in 94. It was right around 96-98 that he ballooned to 400 pounds.
