The audio just went out completely a few seconds ago and I was hoping when it came back the static would be gone. No such luck.

Alright we got Purdue-Washington regardless of it's a close game or not, surely annoying Overton will do something.

Washington looked awful in the 1st half they are lucky to only be down 11.

The keep penetrating and taking these forced shots inside with 2-3 Purdue defenders defending the shot,,,,,instead of driving and dumping it down or kicking it out.

Washinton looked like they are in panic mode,,,not good for my bracket.

God damnit North Carolina. I have these unreliable fuckballs winning the title.

My bracket is on extremely thin ice right now.

Just some notes from the 5 o clock games

-Looks like UNC got their scare. Considering Lawson;s injury and some of the pain from it, that guy was not 100% and still was sick.

-Washington had a chance at the end, but just poor coaching and execution. I know their game is getting inside, getting to the line,,,,, but Purdue was sitting their waiting all game, and Washington didn't bother to adjust. All they had to do was just dish on the drives. They had a timeout to set up a play for the tie at the end,,,,but instead just ran with it and didn't get a good shot.

Excellent coaching and execution by Purdue outplayed and out coached UW.

So, was WKU screwed? I mean, I guess technically they weren't because if the timeout was called on Gonzaga's run down the court there's no saying that Gonzaga wouldn't have still nailed the game winner. And there is definitely not guarantee that even a set play with .9 left would get you anything.

Still...the coach called a TO. How isn't there ONE ref looking at him? He was calling it for what? 7 straight seconds? The refs don't realize that he might want to use their last TO before the end of the game?

Against WKU, why the fuck did they throw the damn ball in instantly? Were they just freaking out or what?

It was a good game though, what I saw of it. CBS was forcing Duke down my throat, which was okay I guess since that game turned out to be good, but there were points that Duke was well ahead and Zag/WKU was really close, yet there I was listening to Jim Nantz blather on.

Duke looked good, kinda got into foul trouble but as usual Henderson, Singler and great FT shooting gets the win

Believe me, I hate Duke, but Texas had a LOT of chances. I don't know how you miss that board and then bat the damn thing around after those Williams FT clunkers.

And the foul on Henderson was possibly understandable in the heat of play, but it was stupid, and he did foul him.

Still, I really wanted Duke to drop this. Go Nova!

I wouldn't really say they got screwed. They didn't get the timeout but your kids still have to play defense until the whistle is blown and they just did not play defense at all on that last drive, that was the easiest last drive I have ever seen. Also a timeout with .9 seconds left would not have done anything anyway. All that would have happened is they would have heaved it down court and it would have been knocked away. Their best chance was to do what they did and attempt that shot when Gonzaga was all out of sorts

what do you mean, WKU didnt reall geyt screwed, if that time out was called they dont score that easily or they dont score at all, even though they didnt play d on the drive still that timeout would of been all the difference,
"From the time he hits the court, he plays at a competitive level that you rarely see," Popovich says. "He does the exact same things that Kobe (Bryant) does, that Michael Jordan did.

You can't assume they wouldn't have scored. Fact is they didn't play defense on the final drive of the game and that is why they lost. They did not lose because of a timeout that wasn't granted.
