he's hoping Nets will make a run at him in january, after which Lopez and parts can be traded...he really fucked this situation up for his eventual Brooklyn arrival...now it may never happen...Hawks would be a good choice IMO...

I'm at the point where I sort of want the Lakers to just keep Bynum and move on from Howard. I just don't trust that dude and as long as Bynum remains healthy he's a superstar big just a notch below Howard. IMO Howard wants to play in Brooklyn and will eventually find his way there.

Bulls can miserably fail at trying to get him under the guise that they'd rather have depth and grinders.

The only memory I have of Vlad Rad is Kevin Garnett clowning him in the playoffs back when Garnett was in Minnesota.

VladRad had some good moments last season.

                  Key words in that sentence:

                  "some" and "moments"

The Magic have "focused on persuading (Dwight) Howard to remain in Orlando," sources tell Alex Kennedy of Hoopsworld.

Here we go again. When it finally looked like we may have some movement in the Dwightmare saga, ESPN reported that the Magic could be planning to hold onto Howard for the foreseeable future. Now, GM Rob Hennigan will travel to Los Angeles this week to "meet face-to-face with Howard and deliver a presentation designed to persuade Howard to return to the Magic." This could all simply be posturing by Orlando to get a better deal, but it now sounds like we're now back to exactly where we have been all along on the Dwight Howard trade front: stuck in neutral.

Every morning I wake up and thank the lord that I am not a Magic fan. Hard to find ownership worse than what they've had the last 15 years, and when your team is named after something associated with David Blaine, you suck.

Dwight Howard met with Magic officials and is still demanding a trade and will not sign an extension to stay with the Magic.

"Dwight remained unchanged in his desire to be traded and has no intention of signing another contract or extension in Orlando," an unnamed source said of Howard's mindset. Expect talks with the Lakers to resume in the near future, while other teams may get back in the hunt for Howard. It's also possible the Magic wait until the trade deadline in February to move the big man, but it's clear that he has no intention or desire to stay with the Magic. And if Howard is traded to Houston (where he is not likely to sign an extension), or makes it to free agency in 2013, Dallas is the clear favorite to sign him due to their cap space.
