    NBA Re-Draft

Say there was a NBA re-draft, you have the 4th pick. LBJ, Durant, Howard are off limits, what player would you guys choose to build around and why?

Chris Paul....over Kevin Love. Only reason, the elite point has a bigger influence than the 4.

I think I would probably take Rose as well, if only because he is 4 years younger than Paul. Kyrie Irving and Blake Griffin are both intriguing and would be potential options if it was a complete rebuild.

You can't go wrong with either Rose or Paul. You can claim youth, but you can't pretend like Rose isn't coming off a serious knee injury. So one has bum knees and the other is well on his way to bum knees. Flip a coin.

Andrew Bynum - an elite big has more influence on a game. In Bynum you have an elite big who scores in the post, which gives shooters and slashers more room and he protects the rim defensively. Quality point guards are a dime a dozen (look around the league) and point guards really don't win championships without tons of help...the last team to win a championship where the PG was its best player was the Detroit Pistons with Isiah Thomas. Championship teams are lead by dominant wing players or big men.

Well you need a point guard so. D rose and Irving are injury prone. I would have to build with Deron Williams young enough to build but can make an impact early.

Westbrook... Whether it be at the point or the two guard he's the fourth best player in the NBA right now IMO and could be the catalyst for a team from day one.

I'd trade all my picks away for draft picks next year, tank a season and then wait for Howard, Paul and Melo to come to me in free agency #datsuperteam

You just watch, Irving's injuries will derail him, he will never play more than 60 games a season.

I'd be with you except for two things: 1) He's injury prone 2) He has Andrew Bynum's brain.

It could be said Chris Paul and now Derrick Rose are inury prone as well.

LOL, Bynum is 24.....I'm going to give him some time. I think he'll mature. I'm hoping his injuries will be a thing of the past (or at least until he's in his 30's, which at that point I'd look to trade him while the getting is good.

I'd rather take the risk on Bynum than an easily replaceable pg.
